How to Use the Pay Later Feature in Invent ERP?
The Pay Later feature allows you to complete purchases instantly but settle the payment at a later date. This is particularly useful in industries like laundry services, where service is provided before payment.
Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Start a POS Session
From All Apps, select Point of Sale and start a new session.

Step 2: Select a Product and Confirm
Select the product and confirm your order.

Step 3: Select "Pay Later" as the Payment Method
From your payment methods, select the Pay Later option.

Step 4: Access Invoices
After the order is complete, navigate to Invoices to see the unpaid invoices.

Step 5: Find and Pay the Invoice
Search by invoice number, customer name, or mobile number. Click the Pay button on the invoice.

Step 6: Choose Payment Method
Select the customer's preferred payment method and confirm.

You can also allocate the payment from the Customer Wallet feature.
